We all need help sometime in our lives. Therapy can be a great way to get that help. I’m so glad you have decided to take this step and I want to support you on your journey.
For over 20 years, I have worked with clients of all ages and all walks of life. I have often spoken with clients who were struggling to come to terms with changes in their physical or mental health. Whether it was adjusting to changes in their job or family, coping with the aging process or dealing with health challenges, clients found they needed to take the time to grieve the loss of their old life in order create a new life full of excitement for the future. First as an Occupational Therapist and then as a Licensed Professional Counselor, I have had the privilege to walk alongside clients and guide them through this process and I look forward to walking along with you.
Personally, I am a mother of 2 and have successfully navigated the challenges of parenting and advocating for a child with learning disabilities. My journey has included the loss of loved ones to cancer and the loss of a child through miscarriage. I hope to use these experiences to help others. I have found my happy place with my family including furry family members at home where I am surrounded by nature. I am excited to continue my life as a counselor, mother, spouse, sister, friend and community member.
I love helping people along their journey to create their life story. You are the expert on your life. As the expert, it can be easy to get lost in your story and hard to find your way. I want to help you create the life you want. You already have a unique set of strengths to draw upon. Let me help you find your way to the moment where possibilities open and your path becomes clear. Together we can build a plan to create the life you want.

Leslie has been a great listening ear for me through my dealings with my daughter. She offers great advice and shows concern with follow-up often. I am grateful I reached out.
