About me

Hello, I am genuinely happy that our paths have crossed.

I am a Licensed Mental Health Therapy (LMHC) and Art Therapist (ATR); I have been working in the therapy field for four years, having a M.S. in Clinical Counseling and in Art Therapy from Emporia State University. I am a compassionate and empathetic provider who believes that everyone has the ability to overcome their past. My clinical approach is strongly based on us working together as a team; you are the expert on yourself and I bring with me my years of experience. Together we can help change happen. I encourage all of my clients to share with me their thoughts and opinions, even when they may disagree with me. Everything is welcome here!

I utilizes several therapeutic approaches to assist in the healing process, being trained in EMDR therapy, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and Dialectic Behavior Therapy (DBT). I also am trained as a Nutritional and Integrative Medicine for Mental Health Professional. I believe that no two people are a like and therapy needs to be structured to fit each unique individual. We can work together to find the right combination of knowledge and tools to help you feel like the best version of yourself.

If you are ready to begin this wonderful healing journey, I am here to support and encourage you.

I look forward to working, together, with you!
