My name is Lezlee Henry-Dupoux. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I graduated from New York University in 1997 with a master’s in social work. I became a social worker because of my love for this field.
I believe a safe, non-judgmental, and supportive environment is key to bringing about the change clients seek in their lives and relationships. My approach is tailored to each client's unique needs. At the core are compassion, affirmation, exploration, and trust that help reshape emotional experience, understanding, and behavior.
Our therapy together will focus on building our therapeutic relationship as we work together on the specific issues you bring to counseling.
I assist individuals in overcoming personal obstacles by using evidence-practice interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma-Focused CBT, humanistic approach, and Motivational interviewing.

I have only had one session with her so far. Scheduled another but in that one session she has helped so much. It was nice to talk to someone who listened and offered great advice. Looking forward to more Sessions with her.
Dr. Lezlee is as comforting to talk to as if you are meeting with your friend over coffee. She has been supportive, and helped me focus on what matters in my day to day. Dr. Lezlee leaves judgement at the door. I highly recommend her services!
Highly recommend. From the first live session I feel like therapy will be a finite endeavor for me because at some point, not very far in the future I won't need it anymore- which I think is the perfect way to use therapy.
Very polite and respectable lady. Helped alot to hear from another person on what might be bothering me and how to best work on correcting it.
Leslie has been like a breath of fresh air after going through a couple of other counselors. She is easy to talk to, empathetic and knowledgeable. I'm looking forward to working with her more and appreciate her readiness to help me through my challenges.
Lezlee is kind and caring and smart. She pays attention to details and doesn’t just tell you what you want to hear.
