Lydia is an excellent therapist and when she doesn't understand something client or patient is saying she will actively listen to gain more insight clarity and understanding which is a high quality attribute that I honor and admonish respectfully. I am preparing for my termination sessions as I'm at the end of my therapy journey at this particular juncture and time and I am a better person because of Lydia's expertise and I've been able to place personal growth and maturity so I'm confident that therapy benefits and change the process of change is happening outside the therapeutic sessions and Labs which is fostering hope and resiliency and most of all wellness.
