Dr. Alvarado was very quick to understand me and always listened to everything I had to say. Her encouragement and ability to know exactly what to say was invaluable throughout the counselling.

Dr. Alvarado listens to me well and understands the problems I face. She offers good advice and helpful worksheets to work on. I appreciate how soon, often, and fully she replies to my messages. I am happy to have her as my counsellor.

Dr. Alvarado is very responsive and shows an interest in my well-being. If I don't check in with her, she checks in with me. She is sympathetic and offers kindness and a good listening ability. She seems to understand my needs and gives me good suggestions.
