I “graduated” from therapy today and I cannot begin to explain how grateful I am to have had Lily as my therapist. She helped me change my life for the better and I would not be where I am today without her. She helped me see how positive therapy can be and I will be forever thankful.

I love working with Lily. I feel heard and supported. We can be serious and discuss whatever goes on for me, but mostly we have a good time and put life in perspective! I can highly recommend to work with her!

I am a cynical, pessimistic, narcissistic and hypersensitive.
The mental minefield I present, has been deftly traversed by Lily, and she's shown me how to even defuse some of the mines.
She is gifted at molding herself into a special reflective surface. At which you can spout your irrational and negative views, and it bounces back as enlightening observations, which permits the self alignment and orientation needed.
She is extremely skilled at providing a refreshingly honest opinion, without allowing any perception of being judgmental.
I am routinely impressed at her ability to absorb the vast social, cultural and spiritual differences between our world, without making me feel misinterpreted.
Her counsel is invaluable to me, and is a source of reflection.

Lily asks great questions to challenge my negative mindset and self doubt. She’s given me exercises to reframe my way of thinking too. Together, these components are helping me to fight the bad mental habits I’ve developed over the past year. It’s not an easy process but it will absolutely be beneficial in the long term.
