About me

Choosing a therapist is like choosing a partner: it’s about the fit that’s right for you. I have been fortunate to have had the opportunity to work with a variety of clients including teens, young adults, older adults and couples.

I use a cognitive behavioral approach which basically means determining how an individual’s perceptions and thoughts affects their behavior. Understanding that leads to providing tools for better communication.

I try to create a therapeutic environment that is comfortable, caring and nonjudgmental, but yet direct. My goal is to help people feel better than when they first sat down with me. I may be the therapist who is the right choice for you.

Reviews

These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Linda Angel. We don't pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with BetterHelp might be different.

Linda listens and asks thought provoking questions to help you come across the answer yourself. She is reassuring and makes therapy not as scary as it may seem. We laugh together and I genuinely enjoy every hour that I get to talk to her every week.
