Linda Hedstrom

About Me

Welcome! I am a Qualified Licensed Clinical Social Worker Supervisor (Q-LCSW) in the State of Florida. I was born and raised in Miami, Florida, and I graduated from Barry University, with Bachelor & Master Degrees in Social Work and Saint Leo University with a Master Degree in Education Leadership. I am the owner of Therapeutic Counseling Services at, offering Online Counseling and Life Skills Coaching.

I am presently employed with Pasco County Public Schools and I’m an Adjunct Professor at Saint Leo University. I was a U.S. Supreme Court Family Mediator, in the State of Florida, and I am a Certified Youth Mental Health First Aid Trainer (YMHFA), Dialectical Behavior Therapist (C-DBT), and Crisis Intervention For Disaster Responders (CISM).

I provide services for both adults and children, and I strive to help my clients feel “safe and comfortable”, to share their deep inner thoughts. Children often release their thoughts and feelings differently than adults so I never push them to talk about anything until they are ready to do so.

In coordination with my education, life experiences and faith (which is never forced upon anyone), I aim to make an instant inter-personal connection with my clients, and I would be honored to have the opportunity to assist you during your struggles or situation. Please feel safe to trust me with the opportunity to serve you with whatever you're going through. If you come with a desire and commitment to make serious changes in your life, if needed of course, I will work together with you to help you accomplish your goals.

Thank you for reading her story, as I look forward to meeting and working with you! Sometimes just making the first appointment can be a challenge, but I believe in you and I know you can do it!

May you endure peace and many blessings as you gain the courage to seek help!

Linda is very kind and compassionate. I really felt like I was heard and understood. Her wisdom was exactly what I needed.
