Great experience & very knowledgeable
Linda is a wonderful person with a very kind heart. She makes sure to validate all kinds of feelings and she does a great job of making you feel comfortable and supported. I really enjoyed my sessions with her, I enjoyed the type of therapy we did, involving memory scenes. I also have never had a religious therapist before, and I was nervous at first but Linda helped me bring God and Jesus into every situation I was struggling with and it was very helpful and natural. I 100% recommend going to her, even if you are nervous about bringing religion into your therapy sessions or if you are nervous about trying a new type of therapy. It was extremely helpful and comfortable.
I would recommend Linda to anyone and everyone who is ready to better their mental health. She is respectful, patient and compassionate. Small talk can make me uncomfortable, so I greatly appreciate Linda's ability to jump right into our sessions with eagerness and enthusiasm. I never feel rushed and she has a way of making me feel supported and heard. Thank you, Linda!
Linda is such a friendly person. She sends me awesome resources and worksheets to complete to compliment our sessions. I know that we have a session, she will listen and help me in the best way possible.
Linda is an excellent therapist who used a gentle, calm approach to help me work through many of the challenges I am facing. I highly recommend her to anyone seeking a patient and compassionate counselor!
Linda is everything I would want in a therapist. She is professional, kind, caring, thoughtful, and makes me feel like I am really being listened to. She is always early or on time, and she is extremely responsive over messaging. She has assigned me valuable "homework" activities to do that help prepare me for the sessions. She structures our sessions and they are productive. She has already helped me so much in the month or so I've had with her. I am so thankful for her.
Linda is a caring therapist and very encouraging! I look forward to my sessions with her.
Linda is very empathetic, peaceful, and receptive. We've just started together, and I instantly felt a connection and that I could trust her.
Linda is very compassionate and caring. We have only been working together a short time but she has already helped me so much.
She is really attentive and helpful! Thanks, Linda :)
She's been patient and professional. Never really done this but it feels like it's helping.
Linda is awesome! Her programs are super helpful to work through long term anxiety and depression.
