I appreciate Dr. Pendleton, reaching out to me when I have been radio silent for more than a couple days. Living in a bit of a tricky situation with my son as he lives with schizoaffective disorder, and I am desperately trying to learn new skills to navigate this reality.

I have only had a couple of sessions with Dr.Pendleton so far but I already feel that she really listens and asks thoughtful questions to help me dig deeper into the “why” behind my thought processes and patterns. She has a disarming quality in her approach and gives actionable steps for improvement. I already feel that I trust her insights and feel comfortable to explore during our sessions. Highly recommend!
