I have been working with a variety of different individuals and families in California over the past 10 years. I use many different approaches to therapy depending on what works for the particular client or even the particular situation. My main focus is on what works and what has worked for the person in the past. I have found psycho-education, CBT, and client-centered therapy works really well in the most varied of circumstances and presentations. I like the idea of using education and worksheets so that you can have a reference to the work that you are doing. I have worked for a long time with folks struggling with psychiatric diagnosis as well, so there are many aspects of motivational interviewing and stages of change that I can use to help you further. Would love to connect and hope that I can help.

Lindsay is a phenomenal therapist who is not only understanding and supportive, but has a gift in seeing what is at the root of perceived issues. I’ve had many experiences with therapy and Lindsay is one of my favorite counselors I’ve ever worked with. I enjoyed working with her because she keeps it real and you can tell she really cares. If you’re on a journey to heal yourself and acknowledge your shadows compassionately, Lindsay is the perfect counselor to have on your side. Any mental health goals you have will be successfully accomplished with this counselor if you hold yourself accountable to the changes you want to make. Highly recommended if you’re committed to personal growth.
Lindsay is extremely focused and solution-oriented, which I like. Often times I’ll go into a session not really expecting much other than to vent, and I’ll come out of it with a better understanding of my situation and specific ways to improve the situation over the coming weeks.
Very reliable and helpful so far.
Lindsay is a compassionate, capable, and effective. Her techniques and exercises have taught me a great deal about myself and my behavior, which has led me to solutions to the challenges I face. Any patient would be fortunate to have her.
Lindsay is very comforting and friendly, which makes it comfortable to open up. I noticed break throughs right away and am looking forward to breaking down more issues.
Lindsay is a wonderful therapist who really listens to what you need to say and provides the best advice/exercises when needed. She has helped me through some of my darkest times. I honestly can’t thank her enough for all of the help she provided.
She is a great therapist. Much better than the first one I got. I wish she want booked. I would talk to her more often.
I love Lindsay. I think she has been fabulous for me. I think she truly listens. I think she tries to put up with my rapid talking and crazy disappointment in life. I think she gets me. I love her. No complaints with her.
Great therapist, takes time to listen and offers concrete solutions. Highly recommend!
