Lindsay Conner

(M.A, LMFT)

About Me

My name is Lindsay and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of California. I graduated with my Master's Degree in Counseling Psychology from National University. I have been working in this field since 2012, and I have expertise and experience treating depression, anxiety, adjustment issues, trauma, post partum, marital issues including infidelity, and more. My clinical framework tends to be a cognitive behavioral approach as well as a solution focused approach. I believe that you are the driver of your life, and I am the passenger, providing direction, support and guidance. I have clinical training that include CBT for anxiety with the Beck institute as well as Certified Clinical Trauma Professional through PESI. I believe that therapy is something that everyone can benefit from, but therapy is also difficult. I believe that it is an active process wherein I will aid you to change some of your old ways of thinking and coping in the hopes of finding mental peace. Most people struggle with mental health, in some form, at some time in their lives. Whether you desire to talk with someone with a non-biased ear, or prefer a more clinical approach, I believe I can help.

I really love Lindsay’s approach and openness. I’ve had a hard time finding the right person to talk to in the past but I really like the homework, proactive approach that she has.
