Lindsay has been great at offering suggestions and digging deeper into the issues we've been discussing. It has given me an opportunity to think and reflect on what we talk about in our messages in my off time and I have been able to figure out a lot of things in a short amount of time because of our conversations.

Lindsay has helped me in ways I can not describe. She has helped me face my LIFE LONG fears and manage my anxiety to a level that is manageable. We have only started in my journey but have made strides in a very short amount of time. I’m grateful to have found her and thankful to BetterHelp for creating this platform that conforms to my insane schedule and life.

Lindsay has been a wonderful support for me over the past few months. She is highly empathetic and comes across and warm and always "on my team." She is really good at helping me celebrate small victories and not be too hard on myself. I'd highly recommend working with Lindsay!

Amazing as usual!!!! Don’t even know where to start. Lindsay has been my saving grace and I couldn’t go through this without her!! Best counselor/therapist I’ve ever had!!

Lindsey is very good at putting things in perspective. She is a great listener and offers realistic, loving advice without being judgmental or harsh. I feel like she has helped me to see things in a way that makes me able and willing to change my negative behaviors without feeling like my life is going to end and I'll never get over the loss of my old ways. It's the way she phrases things and makes me see it in a new way that makes me able to have a light flip on that was out before.

Thank you for talking to me and helping me with my problems. Even when I didn't have a session you would still help me with my problems when I texted you. Thank you.

Lindsay has been extremely helpful, not only in ability to help me with therapy, but also in being understanding and flexibility in helping find the best times to schedule a session and what type of session would fit my needs best. I'd recommend her to friends and family and believe that she is someone to be used as a model of exemplary service and dedication to helping her fellow man.

Lindsay has been such a blessing. I am a small business owner who is married to a PTSD vet. I have a lot on my mind and plate and she has helped me with everything that I could ever dream of. My anxiety and stress are becoming more manageable daily and its because of the amount of attention and care she puts into our sessions. I have told so many people about her and the tips she has given me. I will never be able to repay her for the fresh start she has given me.

Lindsay is the best therapist I have EVER worked with. She completely gets me. She praises me when she sees fit, she always roots for me, and she is also excellent at pointing out things I do not see in myself in such a clear way that it immediately makes sense. She is there for me when I'm up, there for me when I'm down. She's not just a yes man, telling me what I want to hear, either. She always helps me to see others' viewpoints when I am not seeing them. I feel like my life is so much easier because I have Lindsay to talk to. When I'm too busy and can't write, she checks in on me, with no pressure. When something big is going on and I write long notes every day, she responds in kind. I don't have a SINGLE negative thing to say about Lindsay, and could go on for days about the positives. She makes the cost of this site worthwhile to me. I went through two other therapist on here before her, and have worked with a couple in person in the past, so I know how lucky I am to have been paired with her.
