It has been really uplifting how my therapist has helped me get back up on my feet and helped me regain some of my self worth. From the brink of chronic depression, sessions with her have helped me reach a place where I have got back my routine and can motivate myself to go about my work with fewer dark distractions.

Lindsay has been my first ever therapist, I was nervous about what to expect but she has given me great confidence in this process. She offers invaluable advice which is both professional and down-to-earth. You feel like you're being spoken to as a person, not just as a client. I'm confident that she will help many others achieve their potential. Many thanks, Lindsay.
