About me
Hello,
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 16 years of experience providing individual therapy services at a Community Mental Health Center. I chose to work in this field because I truly believe in the power of therapy and the importance of mental health care. I use many treatment approaches to include Solution Focused Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I will meet you wherever your treatment needs are and will weave in spiritual, educational, and supportive approaches based on your personal preference. I have experience treating a wide range of concerns such as depression, anxiety, grief, relationship conflicts, and traumatic experiences.
I strive to continue to learn, study, and research new coping skills to be able to provide a variety of resources to my clients. I take pride in my knowledge and my experience but I truly feel that my most important skill is being able to connect with my clients in a genuine, down-to-earth way. Whether you have received therapy many times in the past or this is your first therapy experience....I will be happy to help you work through whatever challenges you are facing. My current appointment availability is Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday from 8:00am-4:00pm. Thank you for taking the time to read my profile and I hope that you find the support that you need.

I am thankful for Lindsey that she understands me from a Christian perspective! Her insights often feel inspired by God and that is just the Holy Spirit at work. As a believer that is important to me but she also understands the psychology behind a lot of what I am dealing with!!

Lindsey is by far the best therapist I’ve had so far. She is kind and courteous and genuine. I feel challenged and respected in our sessions. I can be completely open and honest and feel comfortable and confident that she has my best interests in mind and heart. Her heart sets her apart from who I worked with in the past.
