About me

I work with clients wherever they are at. Finding a therapist can be an anxiety inducing process. My focus is to create an environment where clients feel comfortable to untangle their thoughts and be their authentic selves. I aim to assist clients with further knowing themselves with the goal of teaching themselves to be their own therapist. I welcome people of all faiths and backgrounds.
My goal is to assist clients with finding their strengths and building their internal compass. I offer trauma focused therapy for those who desire to heal old wounds that are impeding in their present. I offer DBT for clients who desire to improve their lives through use of skills.
I work with the knowledge that the brain is capable of neuroplasticity. This means that you are capable of rewiring neural pathways to encourage healthy habits and to train your brain to default to positive thoughts with consistency and effort. Mental illness breeds in the dark. Through talk therapy and authenticity I believe people can heal.
