About me

Welcome! I am so glad you are here! If you are here, you are most likely struggling with something in your life. No matter what it is, the most important thing is that know you are not alone. We can walk through this together.
I have worked with clients with a wide range of issues, including depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship issues, self-esteem, and grief and loss. A lot of my approach to counseling is to be caring and nonjudgmental, direct, and honest. Life just gets so big sometimes, and we find ourselves in places we never expected. I hope we can walk through whatever you are going through together. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Oklahoma with over 13 years of experience working as a counselor. I have a B.S. in Psychology from East Central University and an M.Ed. from the University of Oklahoma with 60 graduate hours in Community Counseling with ongoing continuing education as required by the state licensing board.

I look forward to meeting you and beginning our walk together towards navigating the issues you are facing and bringing healing to your life.

Lindsey is amazing!!! She has helped me face so many fears and she’s given me so many tools to help conquer anxiety that sometimes I feel like my anxiety has almost become nonexistent! She’s such a wonderful person and I would recommend her to anyone!

I’ve been seeing Lindsey for a little over a year now and I honestly don’t know where I’d be without her. She is a great listener and has dropped several truth bombs that were necessary for me. She is helping me get treatment and stay motivated for a pelvic pain disorder that I have had for over ten years now. I am now off of medicine as well. She is professional and lets you know of rescheduling with plenty of time in advance.

Lindsey is the best therapist I have ever had.

Lindsey has helped me grow in significant ways. Our sessions have gotten me through some difficult conflicts at work. Her support, ability to listen and ask great questions as well as her insight were fundamental in shaping how I handle stress. I love the way she talks and how easy it is to say what I think and feel without any judgement. She’s brilliant, compassionate, and deserves an award for knowing how to deal with second-hand embarrassment at the office. I have really enjoyed working with her because of these things and because she always makes time respond to my messages quickly, keeps a good schedule for our weekly sessions, and is attentive to what I want to talk about each week. Basically, she rules.
