About Me

Hello and welcome! I am glad to see you've decided to explore therapy for yourself or a loved one. It's a big step, and an important one. Starting therapy can be uncomfortable and stressful. Your willingness to look at the things in your life that are causing you distress and open yourself up to healing and support, is courageous.

I am currently licensed in Connecticut as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with five years of experience. My goals are to help you achieve happiness, success, and a sense of safety while managing many of life's stressors.
