Thanks to Lisa, I’ve noticed many improvements with myself and I love how she helps me to go in sections about my own personal journey and she gives me solutions that will help with my own problems

I’ve had a few therapists over the years. I feel like I’ve made more progress working with Lisa these past 9 months than any other therapist I’ve worked with. Would definitely recommend working with her if given the opportunity.

What a kind, patient, and enthusiastic therapist. I've worked with so many different types of people on mental health and improving myself, she seems to be the first one that has really been able to sift through my surface layers of anxiety and help me address the root of each concern in a way that feels really achievable. Excited to keep working with her and can't recommend Lisa enough.

She is amazing! I was hesitant to starting over with another therapist, but quickly she made me feel comfortable. She has a warm personality and I like her honesty She not only listens to me, but helped me realized it wasn't the big things. You have to start small and look at the reasoning behind it.

Lisa gave me tools to help me deal with my stress. The Headspace App has helped me fall asleep very quickly.
