This is my first experience with therapy and with Dr. Clarke, I am thoroughly convinced everyone can use therapy. Dr. Clarke listens, encourages, understands, and tells me what I need to hear, all with the perfect balance. I'm a stay at home homeschooling mom of 3. It was important to me to have a therapist who could personally relate to that part of my life and Dr. Clarke definitely can, as she has 4 grown children she stayed home with as well. I cannot say enough positive things about Dr. Clarke, I highly recommend!

Dr. Clarke has provided me with invaluable tools, and ways to remember my best affirmations. Her emphasis in the right areas helps me with ongoing ups and downs, as it's not about a dependence on sessions- it's about empowering me to believe I can help myself (because I can!) She is steadfast in her abilities to determine patterns in behavior, and compassionate in the way she helps guide towards important epiphanies.
I am so grateful for the time that I have had during our sessions! If you are looking for a calm, confident, and humble source for support, Dr. Clarke is one of the best.

Dr. Clarke is always so attentive and offers such insight into what is going on in my life. From our first session, I felt 'heard' and the meditation she ended our session on left me feeling calm and at peace in a way I didn't even know I needed! Every session is helpful in moving me forward in my journey to inward peace and energy for life. Thank you Dr. Clarke!!

Dr. Clarke is hands down the most supportive and non-biased counselor I've ever had. I've had counselors ask me " why can't I just be happy." but you will never hear passive or negative comments from her. She's a teacher, shoulder and cheerleader and is highly recommended.

Personally, I feel that Dr. Clarke understands me and is highly trained in informing me. She is very personable in her treatment...where I find most therapist provide very vague and blanketed statements. I never leave my session without new perspective and insight.

Only two sessions in and I am already making progress. I just love her. She gets me. She speaks to me on my level. She reads my messages and listens when I speak. She makes me feel comfortable and no judgment.

Even with just 2 sessions with Dr. Clarke, I see a major improvement over my last therapist. She is timely and very professional. I appreciate her note taking and the fact that she reiterates what I need to work on the coming week. She listens closely to be able to help with that’s going on in your head, and most importantly, she is compassionate. I also like that since I want to take a mindfulness path of healing, she is on board to help support me in that. Looking forward to building a professional relationship with her as time goes on!

Dr. C has been amazing. I had done therapy on and off for several years, and knew that I needed to kickstart myself towards a better attitude. Initially I was reluctant to sign up, but within just a few weeks, I was seeing improvement in my mental attitude and had the help and accountability I was searching for. I am so happy that I found Dr. C, and look forward to our conversations and continued dialogue.

I’ve only been working with Dr. Clarke a few weeks but I’ve really been enjoying the process. She is very encouraging during each section and I know she’s actually listening to what I’m saying. I would very much recommend Dr. Clarke especially if you’re dealing with anxiety, self-esteem/-confidence issues and/or depression.
