I like to take a proactive and solutions-oriented approach, and strive to help clients reach their individual or relationship goals. I treat anxiety, depression, trauma, and a variety of other mental health issues. I have extensive experience working with high conflict, co-parenting issues and adolescents involved in dissolution and and conflicted custodial matters. Part of my approach focuses on mindfulness and the importance of how thoughts create experiences.
