I'm so glad that you are here! Reaching out for support is the first step toward a happier, healthier you and I will be with you every step of the way.

Before we start, let me introduce myself. My name is Lisa Gregorius. I graduated from Antioch University in Seattle, WA with a Masters in Psychology. I have been providing support and therapy to people for over 20 years. My goal is to provide a safe, non-judgemental environment where you feel comfortable discussing whatever may be troubling you. I use Client Centered, Cognitive Behavioral, and Solution Focused Therapy to help people reach their goals. As a therapist, I see the difficulties people start this process with and then I am able to experience the joy and relief they feel at the end of this journey.

We will figure things out together and at a pace you are comfortable with. You may not always feel like you are making progress but it is my job to stand beside you and support you as we go. It may not be easy at times, but the end will be worth it.

First experience with counseling, and Lisa has been so warm and welcoming, and patient and generous with allowing me to speak everything on my mind.
