About Me

I'm so glad that you are here! Reaching out for support is the first step toward a happier, healthier you and I will be with you every step of the way.

Before we start, let me introduce myself. My name is Lisa Gregorius. I graduated from Antioch University in Seattle, WA with a Masters in Psychology. I have been providing support and therapy to people for over 20 years. My goal is to provide a safe, non-judgemental environment where you feel comfortable discussing whatever may be troubling you. I use Client Centered, Cognitive Behavioral, and Solution Focused Therapy to help people reach their goals. As a therapist, I see the difficulties people start this process with and then I am able to experience the joy and relief they feel at the end of this journey.

We will figure things out together and at a pace you are comfortable with. You may not always feel like you are making progress but it is my job to stand beside you and support you as we go. It may not be easy at times, but the end will be worth it.

I look forward to working with you - Lisa

Lisa is incredible. She has reshaped my view of what therapy can be, keeps me centered on what I need to work on but will make me feel like I’m talking with someone who’s very familiar.

She shows genuine concern for my situation, and my mental health.
She helped me create goals to work towards, and checks in on me to make sure I'm doing okay and see how things are going.
I have relief knowing I have her available to message if I need to.

Lisa is helping me through a really hard crossroad in my life and is a wonderful help when i need support and an actionable plan in the face of a messy relationship and its end. I'd highly recommend her to anyone with doubts in a relationship. As she has well reasoned points and is great for making a plan.

Lisa is very personable and a great listener. She does a great job of taking what you are saying and helping you focus on just one thing, then build from there. This has helped me from becoming overwhelmed and identifying where I need to start.

She is extremely encouraging. If you need someone to be on your side, she could be the one.
