Before we start, let me introduce myself. My name is Lisa Gregorius. I have been providing therapy to people for the past 20 years. My goal is to provide a safe, non-judgemental environment where you feel comfortable discussing whatever may be troubling you. I use Client Centered, Cognitive Behavioral, and Solution Focused Therapy to help people reach their goals. As a therapist, I see the difficulties people start this process with and then I am able to experience the joy and relief they feel at the end of this journey.
We will figure things out together and at a pace you are comfortable with. You may not always feel like you are making progress but it is my job to stand beside you and support you as we go. It may not be easy at times, but the end will be worth it.
