Hello! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in CT with over 25 years of experience in a variety of settings including mental health agencies and public schools. I also recently became certified as a Professional Life Coach and a Professional Recovery Coach (CPC, CPRC), and I am certified as a Gray Area Drinking Coach. This unique training, which combines therapy and coaching gives me the ability to assist people wherever they are in their lives. I am interested in working with people who are committed to changing their lives in a positive way, including people who may be questioning their relationship with alcohol. I am passionate about personal growth, and inspiring joyful, conscious living.
My approach combines Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Motivational Interviewing Techniques. My counseling style is very relaxed and interactive.
Congratulations on making this step towards personal growth. I look forward to working with you!

Lisa is incredibly patient and thoughtful. She’s a wonderful listener and a provoking thought partner. She has already helped me to start reassessing my own thought patterns and has been encouraging me and challenging me to try to see certain situations differently. I’m very grateful for Lisa!
Very good therapist
Lisa and I have only had one live session and it has already helped so much! Cannot wait to grow more and dig deeper!
