About me

I am a licensed professional counselor in Oklahoma with over 15 years of experience. I am experienced in working with individuals of all ages dealing with depression and/or anxiety, as well as other mental health disorders. I have enjoyed working in both an outpatient hospital setting and in private practice counseling individuals in both group settings and one on one.

I am solution and goal focused while primarily using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and I make it a priority to treat clients with value and integrity without labels. I believe that we all possess the strengths and resources needed to overcome life's challenges. It is my job to elicit those strengths and resources while providing support and guidance as you walk through your journey. It's time to change your negative thinking and move forward with a more positive and balanced life.
