Although we have only been working together for a short time, I have already come to look forward to my sessions with Dr. Lyons. Over the years, I have tried in-person counseling several times but I never felt any of those folks were a great "fit" for me and so eventually, I stopped trying. Dr. Lyons is a great mixture of thoughtful, receptive, and non-judgmental but also direct and upfront. I appreciate the years of experience she brings to our sessions and ultimately, I feel like I am in good hands when we are working together.
