We all need connection and support. Life can be hard, and you may find yourself moving along smoothly and then you hit a bump in the road. Are you finding it hard to get back on track and feel stuck or caught in an endless loop of personal challenges or overthinking? I use many different therapeutic modalities/approaches including Mindfulness Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-focused Therapy, Empowerment Strength-based approaches along with Motivational Interviewing. I work with clients who are experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, addiction, sex addiction, and self-esteem issues.
I create a relaxed, compassionate, yet transformative space for healing and growth. In our journey together, we can help make lasting change, whether that’s building self-esteem, gaining insight, improving relationships, feeling happier and more at peace.

Lisa Rose is extremely intuitive, empathetic, and is a great listener but also provides useful feedback and positive support. Especially with the shelter-in-place due to COVID19, I have felt really connected even though everything has been virtual. She reads my posts and responds within 1-2 days, it's really impressive! I can't recommend her enough!

Lisa has been great. She not only listens, but also offers great advise when appropriate!
Unfortunately for the survey, I've only been comfortable with text chat, but I'm sure she would be more than happy to accommodate voice or video - I just hadn't utilize those options.
