I am a licensed marriage and family therapist in the state of California with over 25 years of counseling experience. I have worked with clients with many different struggles including addiction, relational issues, depression, anxiety, empowerment and self-esteem issues. I use many different therapeutic modalities/approaches including Cognitive Behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment therapy along with mindfulness and empowerment strength based approaches.
