Lisa Rose is extremely intuitive, empathetic, and is a great listener but also provides useful feedback and positive support. Especially with the shelter-in-place due to COVID19, I have felt really connected even though everything has been virtual. She reads my posts and responds within 1-2 days, it's really impressive! I can't recommend her enough!

Lisa has been great. She not only listens, but also offers great advise when appropriate!
Unfortunately for the survey, I've only been comfortable with text chat, but I'm sure she would be more than happy to accommodate voice or video - I just hadn't utilize those options.

Lisa is great. I’m new to counseling and don’t have any specific expectations and she guided me on how to best utilize the platform to get the most from it. I see how this helps people... just knowing someone is around to help out when you need it.

Lisa really is great. I see myself continuing my sessions with her well past the healing and recovery phase of what I'm currently going through.

I've worked with Lisa for many months and made *considerable* progress towards my goals related to stress management, professional growth, and other personal topics. She's flexible, responsive, considerate, and all the things many in-person therapists were not. I absolutely adore Lisa! She's amazing.

Lisa has been a wonderful therapist and has made this journey of mental health so productive, focused, and positive. She has been responsive and empathetic to my needs. After a few sessions, I could definitely see improvement in my emotions and we identified relevant tools to help me deal with issues I was addressing. Over time, I began to feel more and more like my positive, productive, and joyful self and Lisa was right there to celebrate my accomplishments. The BetterHelp model worked for me and a big part of my success was having an amazing, insightful therapist in Lisa.
