Lisa has helped change me for the better, she has lead me on the path to see my true self. I'm so grateful to have someone to talk to and someone to help guide me as I discover what this life is really about. She really listens to me when I need someone to talk to, and not only that she also teaches me the tools to get through thick and thin. I wish more people had a Lisa in their life, as the world would be a far better place.

Lisa is very professional. I like that she has a structure and plan on how to approach therapy based on the individual. She is also very easy to talk to which helps me as it’s hard for me to open up to therapists usually as I feel nervous and uncomfortable. Highly recommend Lisa!

Lisa is a great therapist who listens to you attentively and makes you feel at ease during live sessions. With this being my first time attending therapy, I was a little nervous, but Lisa is easy to talk to and is helping me work through some big life changes. I would highly recommend working with Lisa. She is such a pleasant person, and I am thrilled I matched with her.

I never thought I would be able to escape from my anxiety, depression and trauma, but Lisa has made me feel like there is a light at the end of the tunnel. I was cycling through counselors for 5-6 years and never understood the importance of finding the right counselor until I met with Lisa. She is always clear and transparent, takes the time to understand the root of all my problems, and has incredible compassion and insight. I have never felt so understood and hopeful for my future. Thank you so much for everything you have done for me, Lisa!

I am so thankful to Lisa, and to betterhelp for pairing me with Lisa. She is warm and jolly and makes you feel at ease. Working with her gave me a different perspective about my relationship which eventually freed me from my over thinking mode and anxieties. I went into this counselling with chaotic and anxious state of mind, with Lisa's guidance, I have reached a calm and serene state. I am so grateful to Lisa.

I've loved working with Lisa! It feels great to be able to talk to someone without the fear of being judged. Lisa has a special way of making you feel at ease and be comfortable enough to talk to her, she's very approachable and knowledgeable. She has helped me so much to cope with everything that's been going on in my life and I feel so much better now.

Lisa has been a very comforting, supportive and guiding force. She has been very understanding and sensitive especially during my low days. I’m so glad i was assigned to her and i can already notice the progress and change in myself. She’s a very warm person and i always feel good and motivated after the sessions with her. She always tries to be available and adjusts her schedule to help us whenever we need. I strongly recommend Lisa. :)

I have never been so relieved as when they paired me with Lisa Simpson. Lisa is the type of therapist that would be best described as a "real" therapist, in that she is not a prototype of therapy services. She is someone who has a warm vibe about her and somehow has the ability to take the mess I hand her, neatly organize it and hand it back to me with highlighted key-points that I had missed before. After my sessions I have felt a sense of relief and enlightenment. I would highly recommend her to anyone who is suffering with anxiety, grief, or anyone who is feeling lost in their life.

Lisa's attention to the detail of what I'm saying has really made me feel like I'm being fully listened to, and she asks all the right questions. Only 2 sessions in and I'm very glad I got paired with her.
