I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Clinical Hypnotherapist. I have been working in the field for 20+ years. I utilize an eclectic approach to help improve your quality of life and to obtain the skills needed to accomplish your objectives. Interventions that may be used are Hypnotherapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Experiential Therapy in treating issues such as Addiction/Substance Abuse, Dual-Diagnosis, Abuse, Depression, Anxiety, Grief/Loss, and Trauma-related disorders.
Awareness is the first step toward creating a positive change in one's life and helping people to heal. By beginning an inner journey of self-exploration, we can create this change together. The well-being of my clients and providing a safe, comfortable environment are of vital importance.
