Dr. Williams is kind and focuses on getting me to my goals for therapy. She is compassionate but also firmly suggests I take smalls steps to improve my stress. I have seen improvement over the time I have seen her.

My sessions with Dr. & Mrs. Lisa Williams have been very helpful. She helped me to be more comfortable getting the type of care that I've been needing and has encouraged me to take steps that I was scared to take when I first sought help. I was a little frightened at first of the mental health care system, and I had trust issues to start, but she helped me to see that I could get the care I needed without having to fear that it wasn't going to be the right help. I am now confidently getting the help I need and appreciate the help she has given me so far. For that I am truly grateful.
