Very attentive, great listener, gives personalized coping strategies and helps set realistic goals. I am obliged to have her as a Therapist. I've been through some very intense traumas, depression and Anxiety-that even took a toll on my physical health. Yet with her help, I've learned to better manage things. You are truly a blessing.
