My ideal client is focused on growth, developing awareness and is motivated. Therapy is not a one-sided conversation. Therapy is a mutual collaboration between the client and therapist. Depression, anxiety and issues with family, friends, works, relationship.
My time with Liza was amazing. She gave me exactly what I needed at the time which was accountability and a path. I was in dire need of the steps to get myself out of the mental hole I was in and she gave me that. Thank you Liza.

Liza has been such an incredible help. Working with her helped me to be more self-observant and understanding. She makes CBT easy to understand and her methodology was very effective. Liza is great at challenging beliefs that need to be challenged in a respectful and open manner. If it were not for Liza I would be in a very different place.
