About Me

Hello and welcome. If you have a full schedule but are ready to begin this journey, I offer morning, afternoon, and evening appointments. I look forward to the opportunity to work with you in making positive change in your life. You have already started the work by seeking out the therapist that best meets your needs.

Over the course of more than five years as a therapist, I have found that people often seek me out when they have reached the point where they are ready to live more fulfilling, authentic, joyful lives. Having been trained in a wide range of modalities, I have found that an eclectic approach is usually most therapeutic. It is often helpful to use Choice Theory with CBT, Person Centered with Psychotherapeutic, or Mindfulness according to what the client is working towards. Ultimately, my strength is found in being flexible and adapting to best meet you where you're at in the moment.

I look forward to talking with you!
