About me
Greetings! I’m Dr. Lolita Kincade. With over a decade of experience in counseling, education, and family studies, I am a dedicated Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) committed to empowering individuals and families to navigate life’s challenges. My background spans clinical mental health, academic leadership, and community advocacy, equipping me with a holistic approach to personal growth and well-being.
I hold a Ph.D. in Family Studies with a concentration in Health Promotion and Planning, along with an M.S. in Educational Counseling. My clinical experience includes working with children and families affected by trauma, social services involvement, and behavioral challenges.
Beyond counseling, I serve as a university professor and department chair, mentoring future professionals in human development, family studies, and counseling. I am also deeply engaged in advocacy efforts, serving on multiple boards and initiatives aimed at promoting equity and community well-being.
