Lonnie is a great listener and has really helped me to take a step back and be more mindful. He is very gentle in his communication which was very helpful for me to understand how to proceed and also made me feel comfortable in voicing my feelings and concerns I am dealing with. I’m still a work in progress, but it has been extremely helpful to work with Lonnie on my mental health!
