My therapy style is warm, interactive and client centered. I don’t believe in stigmatizing labels and shaming. I treat people as I would like to be treated with warmth and dignity.
I have worked as a therapist in a community mental health center, in an inpatient psychiatric hospital and as an independent therapist. I have experience working with depression, anxiety, PTSD, family issues, career and relationship issues and the stigmatized clients who have been labeled as patients rather than a human with mental health issues.
