Louise is an amazing therapist and a lovely lady. From the moment she said hi, I knew I could trust her with my life, and be completely open with her. She has helped me to face the worst parts of my life and deal with them in a positive way, and I feel better than I have in years.

Louise listens to me, and comes back only when she feels appropriate. She’s sometimes firm but I wanted that from her as I know sometimes I just need to get over myself and examine the evidence from social interactions, rather than assuming everything negative people say are directly related to me.
