She is the best! She knows how to take my words and put them into sentences that makes sense with my thoughts. I look forward to my sessions every week because I know how beneficial they are. I have seen much progress since I started therapy in November.

She boldly defines standards for therapy at its best: a non-pathologizing, deeply respectful, collaborative process. She helps gives me the tools, and techniques for me to work on each week. Just know it is my sole responsibility, to put in the work to have a more balanced life. I would highly recommend her services to anyone seeking a better version of themselves.
