In my life, I have seen 6 therapists and no one was really able to get to the core of my problems. I have had to find my own solutions. Soon after that, I was introduced to yoga and mindfulness. I became a yoga teacher. The teachings and its practice gave me a language that described what I had come to on my own which is to understand the experience of mindfulness and the mind-body connection. My mind, body and soul are not independent, they work together. If we ignore one or the other, we hurt, we feel misunderstood, and disconnected. This leads to all sorts of distress. A lot of problems are solved by understanding the stories we tell ourselves, become aware of their limitations or the suffering that results from them, and to tap into our body memories for what we don't remember that wants to come to our awareness.

He is great
Luc is caring and thoughtful. I appreciate his insight greatly.
Un grand merci à Luc pour son écoute attentive, sa simplicité a engager une conversation, m’aider à mieux me comprendre, et percer mes maux.
Having Luc assigned to me has been an incredible relief. I've tried other online therapy services and even therapists on BetterHelp and I immediately felt a connection with Luc that was missing in the others.
Luc is Great and very knowledgeable in his profession, a great listener and he cares about his clients well being!
After being paired with a therapist that wasn’t for me I was eventually connected with Luc. He was genuinely professional and genuinely listened opposed to being just heard. Luc was right on time for our chit chat and his timing was impeccable. We ended our conversation without feeling there was more to say. I will be scheduling another meet in a week should we feel the need. Even if for just a positive update! Thank you Luc
Luc is amazing! The sessions are really balanced between talking and listening. The journaling assignments are very helpful. He is insightful, sensitive, and supportive.
