I am a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) in New York with experience working with individuals, families, and groups.
My areas of speciality include depression, anxiety, family dynamics, women's issues, sexuality, and life transitions. I have spent numerous years working with clients who have faced personal and systemic barriers that have caused various setbacks to their success. I am committed to helping you develop the coping skills, perspective, and strength to overcome these setbacks.
I take a client-centered approach that uses multiple modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, and mindfulness. I emphasize establishing a therapeutic relationship and practicing empathy. Together, we will find an approach that works best for you.
