About me

I am currently licensed in Michigan with 41 years of professional work experience. I started my career in CA, then furthered my work in Arizona until arriving on the shores of Lake Superior 26 years ago. I came to this work in my mid-20's as I realized how many humans struggle to find physical, emotional and mental well-being. (I was one of those youth who faced many such struggles.) I have experience in helping clients with challenges around stress and anxiety, relationship issues, family conflicts, & trauma and abuse. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. Taking steps to sign up for therapy takes courage and I am grateful you are exploring therapy as an opportunity to improve your life.
