Compassion, discipline, and equanimity are the values that identify my practice.
I graduated from Naropa University in 2018 with a degree in clinical mental health, contemplative psychotherapy, and Buddhist Psychology. I hold a professional counseling license in Colorado.
I have 5 years of experience working with adults, young adults, children, and parents. I practice awareness and curiosity of cultural and multicultural issues, non-binary identifying people and LGBTQ communities.
I assist parents and single parents in creating loving, healthy, and disciplined relationships with their children.
I support adults and young adults that are struggling with existential pains, anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship, and social issues.
Compassion, forgiveness, and discipline of mind are my approaches to treating addictions, such as internet addiction, gambling, sexual, and substance use.
My secret to working with people is simple, I see you in your purity and true nature, regardless of external appearances. With enough compassion and reflection, you have no choice but to show back to the world, the new, and actualized idea of yourself.

I’ve been working with Luis Luna for a few weeks now and already I’m seeing an improvement in my mental state and day to day life. His diverse background makes him very approachable and easy to connect with. The videos and messages he’s shared with me since we’ve been working together have paid dividends for me. I would recommend him to anyone struggling with depression, anxiety, or past trauma.
