Lydia is present in our sessions, she truly listens to me and offers me every bit of support, help and sympathy she can. I would absolutely recommend Lydia to anyone struggling or wanting to become the best version of themselves. I look forward to my sessions with Lydia every week

She has really helped me to manage my emotions, face my fears and confront difficult retrospective constructs - using an equilibrium of amusing, relative and direct methodologies

Lydia is compassionate, understanding, and holds a beautifully safe space for you to share without any fear, or judgement. She's not only provided practical advice to help me better handle situations, but has guided me in coping with circumstances beyond my control. Similarly, Lydia has assisted in me unpacking situations from my past that play a pivotal role in how I act and process events in the present - which is hugely beneficial in colouring the gaps that explain the seemingly unexplainable emotions I've struggled to process. I am tremendously grateful to Lydia for her time, knowledge and compassionate care which has helped me to prioritise my mental health and general wellbeing. Highly recommend.
