Hi everyone! My name is Lynda and I have over 15 years experience in providing excellent therapy for my clients. I didn’t just study the profession but in many ways lived it. I have real life experience which helps me connect with my clients on a different level Not only will you feel comfortable to discuss anything but I can provide you with the coping skills and steps to take to help you start feeling better overall.
