About me

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 15 years of experience working as medical social worker, therapist, and outpatient and inpatient counseling facilities. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, and trauma such as physical and emotional abuse.
I believe the basic core to any therapy is being a good listener. I will help you feel safe to express yourself with no judgement. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I help individuals target the unhelpful beliefs keeping them stuck, so you go from anxious and unsure to feeling in control
Reaching out for help can be scary. I am proud of you for taking this first step toward healing. I would be honored to be on this journey beside you.

Instead of finding my defense mechanism of humor deflection funny, she acknowledges that it can be humorous but what is the real underlining message. It makes me break the habit of thinking humor is an aid to hide my feelings or thoughts about myself when im hurting

Lyndsi is a wonderful counselor and professional. I was most impressed with her when we reached our goals with in our sessions in less than a month, so we focused on restructuring and revisioning my next goals for maximum growth and value in the experience. When my schedule wasn’t working for me, she was flexible enough to work with me. She was honest in where she could see some things I needed to work on, and accolades when earned. She’s intuitive enough to allow her patients the rope for self discovery instead of overburdening them with her own points of views; which I think is most important during the counseling process when learning how to help yourself to make good choices moving forward as an individual. I highly recommend Lyndsi.
