Dr. Howard is amazing! She is very knowledgeable, thoughtful, compassionate and funny! She is considerate with her words and guides me on a path of self-discovery. She prompts me with questions to help me understand how I feel about situations. I have received so much insight about my personal self from her guidance and work. I end every session with "Wow, thank you for all you are teaching me!" I am truly grateful for my sessions with Dr. Howard.
I just love her and how well we talk. The communication is there and I feel like I am listened to and that she cares about my improvement.
I feel that this is helping me already. I am ready to learn how to empower myself to be the person that I desire to be and Dr. Howard is pointing me in the right direction. I am glad that she is in my corner.
Lynell shows knowledge and empathy.
Dr. Howard help me through a really hard and dark time in my life. She is still my therapist and I appreciate her time and care to see others conquer their minds. She is attentive and has a great personality.
Dr. Howard is very knowledgeable, understanding, and objective. She asks really insightful questions to probe deeper and has a very understanding attitude that makes me feel safe to open up to her. I think it's very important for a therapist to be non-judgmental, but reflective & thoughtful. I've found with other therapists that this skill is very hard to master. But Dr. Howard has this rare ability. She has been truly understanding and supportive, while also challenging me to be reflect of my motives and the effect my behavior/words have on others.
Dr. Howard is someone that I easily opened up to. She has made my process go smoothly from the get go, and she is personable. She asks questions that make me think, and also challenges my thought process. I value the help she has provided me and look forward to our next sessions.
