Lynne has been great so far! A great listener, and I do feel that she genuinely has my best interest in mind when making recommendations. Plus she’s very kind and compassionate, and validates my feelings before diving to find out where they might be coming from.

Lynne is very down to Earth, kind, empathetic, understanding, and is able to guide the sessions naturally.
Sessions with Lynne are always interactive, and her sense of humor is always appreciated, especially when needing a laugh or a smile after a difficult topic.
I highly recommend her to anyone with PTSD, trauma healing, anxiety, depression, or ADHD.

I'm extremely impressed with Lynne's empathetic approach, her expertise and her patience with me. I'm relatively new to therapy and I think the Betterhelp.com platform makes it much easier to find a good match. I look forward to my sessions with Lynne every week!

Lynne always makes it a point to make you feel understood. A lifeline when you didn’t know you needed one. She has opened my eyes to so much in a very short amount of time and is always a delight! Very kind and understanding.
