About me
Hi there! I'm Madeline. My goal as a therapist is to help you navigate through any past traumas or present stressors that may be impacting your mental health so that you can live a more fulfilling life, equipped to handle whatever comes your way. I believe in working together to find a personalized approach to therapy that suits your unique needs. You'll have the space and support to explore new ways of improving your mental health, including examining your personal values and identities, developing mindful coping techniques, and integrating positive core beliefs into your daily life.
I use an eclectic approach, primarily drawing from existential therapy, person-centered therapy, and cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT). I am also trained in eye movement reprocessing and desensitization (EMDR).
I provide support for adults who are dealing with LGBTQIA+ concerns, women's issues, stress, trauma, identity development, life transitions, and anxiety.
