This is my first time reaching out for counseling. I’ve had a lot of tragic events in my life and I have been encouraged that it might help to talk about them. I took the step and this lead me to Dr Collins. She was so warm right away and I felt at ease talking to her. She listens and ask me questions about what I share. This makes me explore what I’m feeling and makes me accountable to work on myself! She encourages me to keep my head high and keep going! I’m glad I made the step!

Dr. Collins has helped me understand so much about myself. I thought at my age I would be able to handle things appropriately but I didn't realize how much I needed help until signing up with BetterHelp who matched me perfectly with Dr. Collins. She helped me understand my issue right away and gave me great coping strategies moving forward. So, even though our sessions may end soon, I feel confident moving forward that I can handle my issues better.
