About Me

I believe that everyone deserves a safe place to tell their story and be truly heard. I desire to partner with you in order to develop a relationship in which personal growth occurs through increased awareness of your strength and resilience. I utilize a variety of theories and therapeutic interventions to cater to each individual client and their goals. I would be honored to join with you and offer my expertise as you encounter life’s challenges, setbacks, and hardships. I am a relentlessly hope-filled therapist that is confident in the therapeutic process as an avenue for discovering (or re-discovering) your value and capacity for growth.

I have specialized clinical training in EMDR which is an evidenced based practice for treatment of PTSD or other disturbances stemming from traumatic or emotionally distressing life events. I have gained years of experience in a variety of settings (inpatient, outpatient, and private practice) providing therapy to individuals presented with a broad range of issues including depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, PTSD, substance abuse, relationship problems, and identity formation.

I was born and raised in northwest Arkansas and have a real passion for this area. I attended the University of Arkansas and earned a Master of Science degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I enjoy spending lots of quality time with my rescue dog Lewis and exploring the outdoors!

Mallory has been working with me on healing myself and my marriage in the wake of infidelity. She has been supportive, helpful in providing tools and exercises to strengthen the things I have learned and in helping me stick to the goals we have set. I highly recommend her and I am very grateful for her continued assistance.

I think she's been very understanding over situations that may sometimes be seen as trivial. She certainly seems very accepting and knowledgeable. Though my sessions have only started recently, I've greatly appreciated my time here.
