About me

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and a National Certified Counselor in the state of Connecticut. I obtained my Masters Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Southern Connecticut State University in 2012. I have worked with children, teenagers, adults and families in different settings. My areas of focus include depression, stress and anxiety, parenting issues, motivation self-esteem and confidence.

My goal is to connect and collaborate with the individual during our time together. I believe it is important for the individual to be included in the goal planning process of therapy. I am supportive, compassionate and work hard to meet the individual where they are.

My counseling styles include solution-focused therapy and cognitive behavioral therapy. With these styles I will work with the individual to identify strengths and identify appropriate coping skills that can be used.

I am passionate about my work and am eager to help individuals through their struggles and challenges. My background has given me the knowledge and experience I need to best help each individual I work with.

I am looking forward to working with you and helping you on your journey!
